1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the 1901 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes that comply with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with 1901's security systems.
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Using illegally obtained funds to conduct transactions on the platform.
- Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deception intended to gain an unfair advantage.
1901 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts without prior notice in cases of serious breach. 1901's decisions in such matters are final.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1901 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made using approved payment methods available on the platform at the time, including local bank transfers and recognised e-wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name. 1901 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of other users.
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the policies and timelines set by 1901. In certain circumstances, 1901 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. All withdrawals will be credited to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific cases approved by management.
1901 is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers. Users are advised to review the terms of their respective payment providers before making any transaction.
5. Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

1901 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding service continuity or accuracy.
Account Suspension & Closure
1901 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, use of illegal funds, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of legitimate account closure resulting from a user's breach, any remaining funds may be withheld pending further investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on the 1901 platform are the exclusive property of 1901 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission from 1901.
Third-Party Links

6. Governing Law & Enquiries
